Joseph R. Bertino, M.D., Associate Director at The Cancer Institute of New Jersey and Professor of Medicine & Pharmacology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Bertino was formerly Head of the Yale Cancer Center and more recently Chairman of Molecular Pharmacology and Therapeutics Program at the Sloan-Kettering Institute for Cancer Research.
Merrill Egorin, M.D., FACP, Professor of Medicine and Pharmacology, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Co-Director, Preclinical/Clinical Pharmacology Research, Molecular Therapeutics/Drug Discovery Program and Director, Clinical Pharmacology Analytical Facility, University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute. Dr. Egorin was formerly Tenured Professor of Medicine, Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics, & Oncology at the University of Maryland and School of Medicine, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is Board Certified ABIM, a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the American Federation for Clinical Research, the American Association of Cancer Research, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, the International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics, and the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics. He has authored over 190 articles and 211 abstracts in the field of oncology and pharmacology.
Alec Goldenberg, M.D., Director, Hematology Clinic and Hepatoma Tumor Study Group, Bellevue Hospital, New York University Medical Center; Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine, New York University School of Medicine; and clinical practitioner. Dr. Goldenberg has 20 years of experience in clinical oncology practice with both Memorial Sloan Kettering and New York University.
Neal J. Meropol, M.D., Professor of medicine and Lester E. Coleman, Jr. Chair in Cancer Research and Therapeutics; Section Chief, Medical Oncology, University Hospitals Case Medical Center & Case Western Reserve University; Associate Director for Clinical Research, Case Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Associate Director for Clinical Programs, Ireland Cancer Center, University Hospitals Case Medical Center, in Cleveland Ohio. He was formerly Director of the Gastrointestinal Cancer Program and Gastrointestinal Tumor Risk Assessment Program at Fox Chase Cancer Center (FCCC). Dr. Meropol is Chair of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Developmental Therapeutics Committee and Chair of the NCI Colon Cancer Task Force. He serves on the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Cancer Research Committee (chair-elect), and the ASCO Cost of Care Task Force.
