Saladax Biomedical actively pursues strategic alliances for co-promotion 
and/or distribution of its proprietary line of Personalized Chemotherapy Management
(PCM®) products. We seek leaders in the in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) industry that market instrument platforms on which PCM testing will be performed, major reference laboratories that would offer PCM testing services, and pharmaceutical companies that market anticancer drugs that would further enhance patient outcomes via dose management.

Saladax is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive North American licensing agreement with Myriad Genetics (Nasdaq: MYGN, www.myriad.com) for a specific application of its novel proprietary technology used to perform pharmacokinetic analysis of therapeutic drugs in patients.

Saladax has finalized an agreement with Roche Diagnostics (SWISS: RO.SW, www.roche.com) for the distribution of the Roche cobas c 111 analyzer which serves as a delivery platform for all Saladax PCM assays currently under development.
